The rating was based on AGS’s Past Performance Evaluation, specifically covering customer satisfaction metrics such as quality of service, reliability, responsiveness, business relations, personnel and customer support. Customers surveyed for this evaluation engaged AGS to provide program management and related support for their programs, as well as provide advanced information technology services.
“We are pleased to have received this outstanding score,” said Pat Cresta-Savage, President and CEO of AGS. “Our clients have placed their trust in us to provide the services they need, when and where they need us. Striving for customer satisfaction is our main focus, and we are proud to have received this feedback from our clients that our efforts are effective.” According to Dun & Bradstreet, a score of 95/100 demonstrates outstanding overall customer satisfaction relative to similar companies.
With this accomplishment, AGS has joined the rarified company of enterprises that have appeared on the list multiple times, many of which have grown to become national icons. Of the 7,000,000 private businesses in the U.S., only 5,000 get this honor each year, and AGS has now been honored four times in a row (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013). It should be noted that these 5,000 businesses have together created over 370,000 new jobs in the last three years, and AGS is proud of its contribution to adding some of those new jobs as well. Our employees are entirely responsible for our success and it is to them we owe the credit for this honor.
For the eleventh year in a row, AGS will be an exhibitor at the Annual Government Procurement Conference at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The 24th Annual Government Procurement Conference is a national conference fostering business partnerships between Departments and agencies of the Federal Government, prime contractors, and small, minority, service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone, and women-owned businesses.
